Rhodium plated sterling silver jewellery can be gently cleaned with mild soap and water and a microfibre cloth, making sure to rinse and dry thoroughly.  Please do not use any silver cleaning products, toothpastes, chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Sterling silver jewellery can be cleaned, polished and kept looking like new with a sterling silver jewellery cloth.

We recommend that all jewellery be removed and stored safely before sleeping, showering, bathing, swimming or using a steam room or sauna.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to return anything, or in the case of faulty items, as soon as possible.

Personalised items can only be returned if they are faulty.
